CLD Bloom designed and delivered a structured academy integrating Emotional Intelligence, Transformational Leadership, Communication Excellence, and Change Management modules. The intervention included assessment integration and reinforcement mechanisms. Leaders demonstrated improved coordination under pressure, enhanced leadership judgment, and stronger pipeline readiness across operational tiers.
